    Ezmodex provides web development, UI/UX design, branding, social media marketing (SMM), digital marketing, and product photography services. These Services are provided according to the scope defined in your project proposal, contract, or agreement.
  2. Use of Services
    You agree to use our services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for the content you provide to us, including but not limited to any materials, logos, graphics, and text.
    We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, unethical conduct, illegal activity, or violation of these terms.
  3. Project Timeline and Delivery
    While we strive to meet agreed-upon deadlines, timelines may vary based on the complexity of the project and client feedback. Any delays caused by changes in project scope, third-party involvement, or delayed communication may impact delivery timelines.
  4. Payment Terms
    Payment Structure: Payments for our services are due according to the payment schedule outlined in your proposal or contract. We typically require an upfront deposit before work begins, with remaining payments due at specified milestones or upon project completion.

Late Payments: Late payments may incur a fee or delay in project completion. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue services if payments are not made as agreed.

Refunds: Due to the custom nature of our services, refunds are not typically provided unless otherwise specified in your agreement or contract

  1. Intellectual Property

Ownership: Upon full payment for the project, you will own the rights to the final deliverables (e.g., website, designs, branding materials). We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio and marketing materials.

Licensing: Any third-party tools, fonts, or assets used in the development of your project may be subject to separate licensing agreements. You will have a license to use these materials as specified.

  1. Confidentiality
    Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information exchanged during the course of the project, including business plans, marketing strategies, designs, and other proprietary information. This confidentiality clause survives the termination of this agreement.
  2. Termination
    Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement. Upon termination, you are still responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the date of termination.
  3. Governing Law
    These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts in Pakistan.
  4. Amendments
    We reserve the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
